These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the p345 platform ("p345", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://p345.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of the p345 website, mobile-optimised interface, betting markets, casino games, promotions and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are written in English and all communications with p345, including support interactions and formal notices, shall be conducted in English unless otherwise confirmed by p345 support in writing.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout these Terms:

To register and maintain an Account on p345, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. p345 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.
• You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is wholly prohibited by applicable national, provincial or local law.
• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, business or syndicate.
• You do not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. p345 permits only one Account per individual person. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from p345 or had an Account terminated for a Terms violation, unless that exclusion has formally expired and p345 has confirmed reinstatement in writing.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent or immediate family member of a p345 employee or contractor, unless prior written consent has been granted.
• You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling policy in their current versions.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

p345 operates a mandatory KYC programme. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any point where p345 deems it necessary for fraud prevention, regulatory compliance or responsible gambling purposes — you will be required to submit documentary evidence including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (where required by the platform)
• Source of funds declaration (for high-value accounts, at p345's discretion)

KYC documents must be legible, unaltered and within their validity period. p345 may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal restrictions and may lead to Account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. p345 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security. You should enable two-factor authentication where available and notify p345 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

All funds deposited into your p345 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be returned or forfeited. p345 reserves the right to request verification of any payment method at any time.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within your Account interface and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within the timeframe stated for your chosen payment method. p345 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• p345 does not accept deposits from credit cards where such acceptance is restricted by applicable operator or license rules.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT and others where available) are subject to blockchain confirmation times. Exchange-rate risk is borne by the User.
• p345 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit at its sole discretion, including where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. "Available funds" means your real-money balance net of any active bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements.

• All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts with outstanding verification requirements.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit, or a verified method registered in your name, to the extent technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed within the Platform. Standard processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only.
• p345 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving high-value withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse or Terms violations are suspected. p345 will communicate any such hold to you within a reasonable timeframe.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 months) may attract an administration fee as disclosed in the Platform fee schedule. p345 will endeavour to notify you before any such fee is applied.

p345 may offer bonuses and promotions to new and existing Users at its discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used on the Account to which they are credited.
• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible User, household, IP address or payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity window. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without recourse.
• p345 reserves the right to cancel or amend any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after acceptance, any net real-money loss directly attributable to the bonus will be refunded at p345's discretion.

p345 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or hedged wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; multi-accounting; collusion; and use of automated betting software. Where abuse is detected, p345 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the Account.

All bets placed on p345 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market or game, which are published within the Platform. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity:

• A bet is considered accepted only when it is confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number is issued. p345 is not liable for bets not accepted due to technical failure.
• p345 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Bets on events that have already commenced or concluded — where the outcome was reasonably known at the time of placement — will be voided. This applies particularly to live betting and cricket matches where in-play data latency may exist.
• Where a market is suspended, any bets placed during the suspension period are void.
• All casino games on p345 use certified random number generators (RNG) or licensed live dealer feeds. RTP percentages displayed are indicative theoretical figures, not per-session guarantees.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of p345's trading team is final. Appeals must be submitted via the Help Centre within 30 days of the disputed settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p345 Platform and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that provides an unfair advantage
• Collusion, match-fixing or any form of organised cheating in multiplayer games
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or miscalculated odds (known as "arbing" where used systematically to exploit mispriced markets)
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds of unlawful origin
• Providing false KYC documentation or misrepresenting your identity or location
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the operation of the Platform

p345 is committed to providing tools that support responsible gambling. The following responsible play features are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each active play session.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic notifications during sessions informing you of time elapsed and net activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, your Account cannot be accessed and marketing communications will be suppressed.
• Cool-Off Period: A short-term voluntary break from gambling, typically ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

All content on the p345 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software and the compilation thereof, is the property of p345 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from p345.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p345 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

p345 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows, third-party service outages and events beyond p345's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. p345 accepts no liability for losses directly attributable to such interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

p345 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, p345 will provide notice via the Platform interface or by email to your registered address with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice, except where changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of available funds.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated and licensed. The specific governing jurisdiction is identified in the Platform's licensing information, which is accessible within the Platform interface.

These Terms do not constitute legal advice regarding the applicability of Pakistani gambling law to your specific situation. Users based in Pakistan are responsible for obtaining independent legal advice if required. p345 makes no representation that the Platform, or any content on it, is appropriate or lawful for use in Pakistan.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to p345 for internal resolution via the support channel. Where internal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under the applicable operator license.
